Can I use SmartWalk with my current leash?

Yes! SmartWalk is compatible with almost every type of leash, collar, or harness. If the boltsnap or other connection mechanizm on your existing leash does not connect we'd be happy to send an adapter (carabiner). If your leash is due for an upgrade please see our SmartLeash line of products.

Will this work with my dog (regarding size)?

At P.A.W.S. we understand that some of our friends may only weigh a small amount but are able to transfer a great deal more in pulling capacity. The SmartWalk Original is rated for Small to Medium sized animals with this in mind (12-55lbs). The SmartWalk Heavy Puller is intended for dogs that may strain the Original or their human. It is not limited to a specific LB.

If your animal pulls or even simply may feel strain due to the collar/harness, please feel free to try a P.A.W.S shock absorption product and return it to us if you are not satisfied.

What if my dog is not leash trained?

That’s okay! A SmartWalk device has the ability to aid in the task of training your friend to walk on a leash.

Does the SmartWalk have an adjustment?

Pawsome question! It auto adjusts for a higher compression rate for tighter feel and releases to create a more slinky feel.

Can the SmartWalk be left outside?

While the SmartWalk line of products are rated for outdoor use (some rain, sun, dust, wind, etc.) it is not intended to be stored outdoors or put through extreme conditions such as being submerged in mud or other substances..

Will I receive a tracking number when my order is shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email receipt immediately after placing your order and then a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

How many days do I have to return the product for a full reimbursement?
